Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational aspects in improving operational efficiencies including regular reviews, supporting business requests, and completing schedule maintenance.

Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure controls are in place through a formal check report process with ownership and accountability to achieve target thresholds.
  • Regularly meets with Operations Manager, IT and Business teams for enhancements and improvements in operations.

  • Respond to all support requests from customers – liaise with all respective stakeholders such as IT, sales and marketing team, merchants/vendors and financial institutions to provide resolution or responses to customers’ support requests.
  • Supports all assigned initiatives across all phases of implementation including solution design, analysis, development, planning, communication, and implementation.
  • Plan, review and ensure operations and deployment checklist are met before allowing deployment
  • Ensure all operational processes, batch and reconciliation jobs are executed accordingly
  • Perform review and validation of new customer
  • Provide periodic and adhoc updates including operational reports and recommendations forward.
  • Perform operational readiness test and sanity tests post deployment
  • Develop and enhance support and operational processes and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Develop and maintain videos for mobile applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 – 5 years of operations experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage both internal and external resources to enhance capabilities that support business objectives.
